Wedding airburst special effects ball
1. The normal delivery time for this product is 1-2 hours. If you need it stored for a longer period, please discuss the details with us before ordering.
2. There is a chance (approximately 10-20%) that special effects items may fail to detonate or have their explosion delayed.
A delay of 1-5 seconds is normal.
If the failure is confirmed to be due to non-human error, and the explosion does not occur within 10 seconds or is completely unexploded, we are willing to provide a full refund proportional to the failure rate.
3. You will need to clean up any debris from the balloon after it explodes.
4. Each explosive ball has a set of sensors. After the explosion, the explosive sensors must be retrieved and returned to us.
In case of loss or damage, compensation will be provided at a rate of $800 per item.
