Order Information

  • Most items require preparation time.
    For same-day urgent orders, please contact us via phone or Line@ before payment.
    Additional urgent, overtime, or holiday fees may apply.
    We recommend ordering 3 days to 1 week before pickup.

  • Package contents follow the written product description. Photos and videos are for reference only.

  • For special customization requests, leave a note in your order or contact us on Line@.

  • Balloon products are time-sensitive (e.g., a 10" helium latex balloon lasts approx. 8 hours).
    We are not responsible for deflation caused by picking up too early.

  • All prices are tax-exclusive. Provide your company name and tax ID for invoices/receipts.

In-Store Pickup

Kaohsiung Store: No. 26, Tong’an Rd., Ziguan Dist., Kaohsiung City

Delivery Service

  • Delivery hours: 10:00–22:00 (other times incur overtime fees).

  • Delivery fee is calculated based on distance—enter your address at checkout for automatic calculation.

  • Free delivery for orders over NT$5,000 in Taipei, New Taipei, and Kaohsiung City
    (grand-opening items excluded).

  • Additional NT$250 per floor for stair carrying.

Delivery Notes

  1. Standard delivery covers the ground-floor entrance; stair service requires an add-on fee.

  2. Have someone ready to receive the order 30 minutes before the scheduled time.
    Arrival may vary by ±30 minutes; excessive waiting may incur a fee.

  3. For helium balloons, schedule delivery 1–2 hours before your event.
    (10" helium latex balloons last ~8 hours.)

On-Site Decoration

  • Decoration hours: 10:00–22:00 (other times incur overtime fees).

  • Service areas: Taipei City, New Taipei City, Taoyuan City, Kaohsiung City, Tainan City, Pingtung County.
    Minimum spending and decoration fees apply.

Decoration Notes

  1. For helium balloons, decoration is recommended 1–2 hours before the event.

  2. Estimated setup time:

    • NT$5,000–7,000 → ~40 min

    • NT$7,000–10,000 → ~60 min

    • NT$10,000+ → ~90–120 min

  3. Shortened setup time may incur additional charges.

  4. Delays caused by venue arrangements (e.g., hotel check-in) may result in extra fees.

Product Description:

• Balloon products are not resistant to high temperatures, temperature changes, strong winds, sunlight, sharp and rough objects, rain and other unpredictable external factors. Please try to avoid placing the product outdoors. The time frame is for reference only.

Return Policy:

• Upon receiving the goods, please take photos immediately to check for any defects or damage . If there are any problems, please contact us and we will handle it for you as soon as possible.

• After you complete your order and make payment, we will manually check the inventory and confirm the details with you before arranging production. Under normal circumstances, we do not accept returns. Even if you do get a refund, a 30% handling fee will be deducted. If there is a possibility of delay, please inform us at least one day in advance. Please make sure to confirm before purchasing.

• If you need to exchange an item, please contact us 3 days in advance. Exchanges are only accepted for items of equal value or with a difference in payment.
