 * A 12-inch latex balloon floats for approximately 10 hours; it is recommended to set it up 2-3 hours before the event.

 * Setup time is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. If the setup time needs to be shortened due to venue limitations, a fee will be charged accordingly.
